Dating apps, the illusion of endless matches and fast paced swiping has created a world that may be easy to access, but increasingly more difficult to find real connection. It’s possible to feel more fulfilled and happy with your life without struggling to fill a void with someone who isn’t the right fit for you.

By using mindfulness-based methods I help you ground into the moment, allowing you the opportunity to get to know yourself by without judgement and learn self compassion.
